Ustaoğlu, who has focused solely on Criminal Law for over 10 years, served as the Chairman of the Kayseri Bar Association CMK (Criminal Procedure Code) Commission between 2022 and 2024. He continues his work as a founding partner responsible for the Criminal Law department at Ay-Yıldız Law Office.

Has been practicing as an independent attorney affiliated with the Kayseri Bar Association since 2014. He has primarily focused his professional work on Transportation Law and Commercial Law. Elmalı, who also holds authorizations as a Concordat Commissioner, Conciliator, and Mediator, continues his work as a founding partner responsible for the litigation department at Ay-Yıldız Law Office.

With over 20 years of legal practice, she has in-depth expertise in commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, and international arbitration. She has successfully concluded more than 500 corporate cases and has provided strategic legal counsel to Turkey's leading companies. She founded Ayyıldız Law & Consultancy in 2008 and elevated the firm to the position of one of Istanbul's respected corporate law firms.

Has been practicing as an independent attorney affiliated with the Kayseri Bar Association since 2016. Mevlevioğlu, who has long focused his work on Sports Law, has also served as a FIFA Licensed Agent representing football players since 2024. In this capacity, he provides services in areas such as international arbitration, dispute resolution, and legal counsel to sports clubs and athletes. He continues his professional activities as a partner responsible for the Sports Law department at Ay-Yıldız Law Office.

Has been practicing as an independent attorney registered with the Kayseri Bar Association since 2019. Since 2025, she has focused on Criminal Law and Administrative Law disputes within Ay-Yıldız Law Office. She continues to serve as the responsible attorney in the Criminal Law department.

Birsengüven, who graduated first in his class from Erciyes University Faculty of Law in 2021, has been practicing as an attorney registered with the Kayseri Bar Association since 2022. Focused primarily on Real Estate and Commercial Law disputes, Birsengüven has recently concentrated on Insurance & Compensation law. He continues his work as the responsible attorney in the litigation department at Ay-Yıldız Law Office.

After graduating from Erciyes University Faculty of Law in 2021 and obtaining her license in 2022, Altuntaş practiced as an independent attorney for 4 years and joined Ay-Yıldız Law Office in 2026. She continues her work primarily in the Criminal Law and Enforcement departments.

SARIKAYA, who joined Ay-Yıldız Law Office through a summer internship in 2022, completed her legal traineeship and obtained her license in 2024. Within Ay-Yıldız Law Office, she has focused on Divorce, Liquidation of Marital Property, and other Family Law disputes. She continues to serve as the responsible attorney in the litigation department.

Atty. Elif Mucize Koç, who began her professional career after obtaining her license in 2023, joined Ay-Yıldız Law Office in 2026 after serving in operational follow-up roles at firms handling institutional representation. Within Ay-Yıldız Law Office, she continues her work as the responsible attorney in the litigation department alongside corporate legal counsel services.

Has been part of Ay-Yıldız Law Office since 2016. With over 20 years of experience in enforcement law, KAYA has participated in enforcement operations for various banks. He serves as the manager of the enforcement department.
